um.. spring?

what lovely weather we have in the midwest. winter stuck around later than usual (again), spring's going to last 2, maybe 3 weeks, mostly rainy. soon enough its going to be summer. considering i've lived in the midwest all my life, shouldn't i be used to this by now?
